We believe an effective classroom teaches each child personal responsibility. Our class rules focus on the positive side of discipline by providing lots of praise, encouragement, positive reinforcement, and rewards while incorporating natural and logical consequences. We have three rules that keep our classroom an organized and productive place to learn: |
| 1 |
BE RESPECTFUL Being respectful means accepting other people's opinions that may not be the same as our own. Students are expected to be kind to others in our room and at school. |
| 2 |
LISTEN CAREFULLY Listening carefully means paying close attention to the speaker, whether it's a teacher, guest speaker, or another student.
| 3 |
WORK SMART Working smart means using your time and resources wisely. Plan out what you are going to do to avoid unnecessary work. If you need help, just ask! |
